I was born in Korea, but raised in Ecuador, and now I’m living it up in the good ol’ B’ham in Alabama. Growing up in Ecuador with the Pacific Coast in the west, the Amazonian jungle in the east, and the Andes mountain in between, I’ve learned to appreciate all types of beauty of God’s creation. I 100% believe it’s my calling to capture love at all different corners of the world. I love Alabama but love getting out of Alabama even more! What is Cinematic/Documentary Style Photography?
For me, the cinematic/documentary style is one of the most beautiful, authentic, and timeless approach to wedding photography. There's little to no direction. I simply capture the true and real moments that are happening around you- even the moments you might not be aware of.
I'm inspired by movies; the composition, colors, lighting, editing, everything that goes into perfecting your photos, I thrive to create them into something you'd see in the big screens at the movies. Capturing your big day like a movie, like a documentary about two people celebrating their love, photographing the authentic, real moments just as they are is my bread and butter... may sprinkle in some editorial for a little spice.
